Refund Policy

All purchases for digital services, subscriptions, and event setups are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated or delivered.

  • A technical issue on our end prevents service delivery
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges occur

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
